Kindly advised that Nixax shop is not a commercial merchandise shop. We don’t make massive amount like a factory. Our products are all hand made by artists, so it may have some flaw as human. If you are very sensitive about quality , please be mind before you order. Thank you.

Due to Covid-19, it's not easy to estimate shipping time. Default sticker/mini poster orders don't have a tracking to provide economical shipping. We ship by ground mail for this order,. It's cheap , but it's risky since it doesn't have a tracking. In case if the package has lost or delay, it's hard to figure it out at our hands it's more about a post carrier issue. For this reason, we strongly recommend for a sticker/mini poster order adding a tracking to check your shipping status. Of course you can. All nixax sticker design you can get it into T shirts and brooches. We are ready to make it with high resolution image. If you are not sure about final product look, please feel free to contact me.:)

Yes, in some cases. If you're a U.S. customer purchasing an item that is made in China, U.S. Customs may charge import tariffs or duties, even though the product ships from Canada. These fees depend on the product type and are collected by the shipping carrier at delivery.

Due to recent changes in tariff regulations, the shipping fee now includes an additional handling charge. Since we are required to prepay the tariff when purchasing the shipping label, this extra charge will vary depending on your total order value.

The good news is that this is a prepaid tariff, so you won’t need to pay any additional duties upon delivery.
