SHIPPING POLICY

Since we are in the middle of pandemic, the estimate shipping time will be longer than usual.  

• SHIPMENTS TO THE US AND CANADA: The exact delivery service will depend on the size and weight of your order and your location, but most domestic shipments are sent through USPS or Canada Post with tracking.  Once shipped packages usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days.

• SHIPMENTS TO UK & EU: Once shipped packages usually reach their destination in 4-45 business days. Shipments are sent through Asendia with tracking. Customers will be responsible for covering all of their local customs duties and taxes.

• INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Estimate shipping fee has charged automatically, and default international shipping has no tracking. Please contact us for individual quotes on shipping to other countries. Please note that the price of the ordered item(s) and the shipping fee which we will quote, do not include additional duty and taxes that may apply as per local laws of importation. Customers will be responsible for covering all of their local customs duties and taxes. Once shipped packages usually reach their destination in 4-45 business days.
